Administrative Captain Phillip Fuqua

Phillip has worked for the Martin Police Department since 2001.  He currently serves as the Administrative Captain.  He has received training in several areas including:  Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy, Southeastern Command and Leadership Academy, IPTM Crash Reconstructionist, Field Training Officer School, Field Training Officer Instructor, Crisis Intervention, Tennessee Law Enforcement Executive Development Seminar, Interview and Interrogation, Statement Analysis and various other law enforcement schools.  Phillip graduated from Martin Westview High School in 1988 and attended the University of Tennessee at Martin.  He is a member of the Tennessee Association of Chiefs of Police and the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Officers Association.
